The Way Community Group is a Christian, non-profit company designed to provide community and mentoring services to at risk youth and young adults. Our mission is to restore community and family by providing resources to the underserved communities in Memphis and The Mid-South.
Our Operation Youth and Young Adults program ("OYAYA") is geared toward implementing skills in children that will help them lead successful, productive lives. Generally, OYAYA seeks to reducing crime using our restorative justice framework and by providing children with a safe space to grow and develop appropriate skills to become healthy, productive citizens in the Mid-South. Altering the mindset of our children and instilling in them morally sound principles will create a rippling effect that will certainly impact not only their lives, but the well-being of the local community also.

What we do rests on action to ensure our goals for helping children and community come to fruition. We go beyond public perception, working in the background to be involved in the every day lives of children in ways that really matter. Our actions make differences. Our actions change lives.

Our Vision
We envision a community where people come together rather than picking up guns or throwing punches to solve problems. We want to see our underserved communities transition to vibrant ecosystems giving birth to the world's next greatest scientists, government leaders, and entrepreneurs.
